Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to general business litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage case files, including organizing documents and maintaining case schedules.
• Assist senior attorneys with case strategy development and implementation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3-4 years of experience in general business litigation.
• Experience with dispositive motions and discovery.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in real estate litigation.

Education:
