Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence

• Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials

• Manage case files and deadlines using case management software

• Maintain regular client communication and provide strategic guidance

• Collaborate with legal support staff and other attorneys on case development

Requirements

• 1–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented legal environment

• Strong client communication skills and professional demeanor

• Comfortable working with legal technology and case management systems

• Desire to connect with and advocate for injured clients

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia (required)
