Junior Associate Attorney for Fairfax office

A law firm seeks a dedicated Junior Associate Attorney to join its team in Fairfax, VA. Duties

• Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documents for family law and criminal law cases.
• Attend hearings, pretrial conferences, and other court-related events as required.

• Maintain open communication with clients to keep them informed about their cases.

Requirements

• Active member of the Virginia State Bar in good standing; candidates who have sat for the Virginia Bar Exam will also be considered.
• Strong verbal and legal writing skills to effectively communicate with clients and court officials.
• Must possess reliable transportation for travel to court and client meetings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Virginia State Bar.
