Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including court appearances, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and participate in pre-trial preparation and trials.
• Collaborate with clients and serve as a key part of the client relationship team.
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines.
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the State Bar of California, in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation (preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
