Job Overview:
A law firm located in Austin, TX is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with a focus on Antitrust litigation and merger control. The position is ideal for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the antitrust field. Duties:

  • Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation and merger control matters

  • Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery responses

  • Assist in the development and execution of case strategies

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and client communications

  • Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials

  • Advise clients on antitrust compliance and regulatory issues

  • Stay current with developments in antitrust law and policy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control
