This position requires a proactive individual who is ready to take ownership of cases and deliver exceptional representation for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate complex legal matters.

Duties:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare comprehensive briefs on various legal issues.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and other required paperwork.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
  • Provide legal advice to clients, guiding them on their rights, obligations, and strategies to resolve their cases.
  • Monitor and stay informed about evolving laws and regulations relevant to clients' cases.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm while working independently on assigned cases.
  • Maintain consistent client communication and provide updates regarding the status of cases.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Personal Injury law or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
