Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level oil, gas and resources trading associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience with energy trading, sales agreements, purchase agreements and other master sale and purchase agreements. The candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Should preferably have experience drafting and negotiating short-term and long-term LNG purchase and sale agreements, tolling agreements, lifting agreements, hydrogen purchase and sale agreements, power purchase agreements and various energy commodity purchase agreements, including ISDAs, NAESBs, EEIs and ancillary documents. General commodity trading experience is a plus. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of a State Bar.
