Duties:

• Manage a varied caseload that includes both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions.
• Oversee H, O, L, P, I, and E visa applications, as well as PERM, EB-1, and EB-2/NIW applications.
• Draft and review legal documents with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and persuasiveness.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide effective and efficient legal solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Balance multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in business immigration law.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing business-related visa processes, including H, O, L, P, I, and E visas, and handling PERM, EB-1, and EB-2/NIW applications.
• Proven ability to write compelling and detailed legal documents.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar license in any U.S. state.
