Duties:

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on energy and mineral title issues.

• Advise clients on property and mineral title matters within the energy sector.
• Assist in the negotiation and resolution of legal issues.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams on case strategies and legal matters.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in energy law, mineral title law, or property law.
• Strong academic record with proven legal research and writing experience.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients and colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
