Trial experience and prior experience with billable hours tracking are preferred.Duties:Independently handle 1st and 3rd party auto litigation cases.Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to Firm clients.Prepare Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries.Conduct discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions.Appear and work in both State and Federal Courts.Requirements:3+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience.State of Michigan Bar license.Preferred: Trial experience.Preferred: Prior experience with tracking billable hours.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:State of Michigan Bar license.Skills:Strong litigation and legal research skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Proficiency in legal software and research tools.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
