A law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join its Government Services team in Sparta, NJ. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience and be licensed to practice law in New Jersey. This role involves advising government officials on legal matters, representing clients in court, and managing legal disputes while adhering to legal standards and regulations.

Duties:

  • Advise government officials and entities on legal matters related to government services.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including contracts, motions, and settlements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and before government agencies.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
