Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its Finance and Real Estate practice in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a senior associate or partner-level professional with extensive expertise in commercial real estate transactions and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Duties

• Handle complex and strategic aspects of multiple commercial real estate matters at various stages, from initiation to resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents for real estate transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
• Manage and develop business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the practice group.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 7 years practicing as a licensed attorney with a focus on commercial real estate.
• Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Travel: Limited travel requirements, generally less than 10%.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
