The candidate will assist in oversight and management of client matters, including communications with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties; motion practice; preparing for and attending depositions, court hearings, and trials. Will take an active role in client relationships with an opportunity to participate in the firm's ongoing business planning and expansion. A Tennessee law license in good standing is required.

The candidate should have excellent writing skills along with technical, professional, and client service skills. Must be self-driven, academically distinguished, and possess a high aptitude for written and oral advocacy.
