A law firm in Newport Beach is seeking a seasoned Estate Planning Attorney with extensive experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive estate planning services, probate administration, and maintaining client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and firm staff regarding estate planning and probate matters.
• Meet with clients to design, review, and execute estate plans tailored to their needs.
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Handle summary, formal, and ancillary probate administration processes efficiently.
• Provide compassionate and attentive client service throughout the estate planning and probate processes.
• Collaborate with the managing attorney to ensure cases are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure all legal work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to developing and improving the firm’s systems, processes, policies, and procedures related to estate planning and probate.
• Actively engage with referral partners and expand the network of trusted advisors.

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
• 21 years of experience practicing in Estate Planning and Trust Administration.
• Strong knowledge of probate laws, estate tax laws, and trust administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client matters and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in legal work.
