New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial and restructuring litigation associate attorney with 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience, including experience in restructuring litigation. The candidate must have experience handling litigation in federal district and bankruptcy courts, as well as state courts, including NY and Delaware. Must have experience with all aspects of commercial and restructuring litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.
