Job Overview:

A reputable law firm based in Manhattan, New York, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will provide legal expertise in residential real estate transactions and be responsible for managing client relations. Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required for client communication and documentation purposes.

Duties:

  • Handle residential real estate closings, including reviewing purchase and sale agreements, offering plans, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with title companies to obtain and review title reports.
  • Prepare closing statements and ensure all necessary legal documentation is in order.
  • Manage client communications, including conducting intake interviews and maintaining contact via email and phone.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
