Duties:

  • Represent clients in pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials.

  • Advise clients on cost-benefit analyses related to legal decisions.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and in good standing with the Bar.
  • Experience in family law, particularly in handling divorce and custody cases.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and confidently represent clients in court.
  • Strong skills in reading financial statements and developing parenting plans.
  • Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and delegate tasks effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin.
