• Review and manage large sets of documents during discovery processes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to devise legal strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings, when required.
• Provide detailed and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial litigation is required.
• Proven ability to handle discovery, take and defend depositions, and draft legal documents.
• Strong in-court experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and large-scale document reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• A law degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in California, or eligibility to become admitted promptly.
