Duties

• Advise clients on private credit, acquisition finance, and leveraged finance transactions.
• Represent private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and portfolio companies in various financing matters.
• Manage high-volume transactions from inception through closing.
• Collaborate within a supportive and collegial team environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and proprietary information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance.
• Experience in borrower-side representation, ideally with private equity sponsors.
• Familiarity with general company-side representation is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the relevant state bar for the office location or eligibility for admission.
