Duties

• Draft legal documents such as petitions, briefs, motions, and other filings
• Conduct thorough legal research to support cases
• Communicate regularly with clients and staff, providing updates and legal advice
• Attend and prepare for legal proceedings, including hearings and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in providing legal counsel to clients
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters
• Maintain detailed and organized client files and case documentation

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license
• Proven experience in civil or federal litigation, with a focus on personal injury law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated client service and relationship-building skills

Education
