The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience and will play a crucial role in matters involving federal regulatory agencies and state Attorneys General.

Duties

• Represent clients in regulatory litigation and administrative proceedings.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience in regulatory matters.

• Proven ability to handle complex litigation cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia Bar.
