A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is actively seeking a highly qualified Partner specializing in Estate Planning to join their team. This remote position requires a Partner with a portable business of $350,000 to $500,000, contributing to the firm's Estate Planning practice group.

Duties:

• Provide expert guidance and legal counsel in Estate Planning, including wills, trusts, and probate matters.
• Lead and oversee complex estate planning transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Collaborate with other partners and legal professionals to enhance the overall performance of the Estate Planning practice group.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends in Estate Planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Partner specializing in Estate Planning within a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to bring a portable business ranging from $350,000 to $500,000.
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to effectively manage and mentor legal professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
