A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will focus on representing clients who have sustained injuries due to the negligence or misconduct of others, ensuring they receive fair and just compensation. Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury claims and advocate for their rights to compensation.
• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial intake through resolution.
• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Research and evaluate legal issues related to personal injury law.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and mediations.
• Keep case files organized and updated in a case management system.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and legal expertise.
• High level of professionalism and excellent client service skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Trial experience and a history of favorable case outcomes are preferred.
