Duties:

  • Assist with property closings, negotiations, and due diligence.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Proven ability to handle residential and commercial real estate transactions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Pennsylvania Bar License (Required).
  • US work authorization (Required).
