Job Overview:

• Work collaboratively with the team on California civil litigation matters, particularly those involving real estate disputes.
• Handle a varied caseload with complex issues in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation matters.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients regarding real estate disputes.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of commercial and real estate litigation experience.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.
• Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures and laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.

Education and Certifications:
