Location:

Duties:

• Handle negotiations and settlements for personal injury cases, both pre-litigation and litigation.
• Collaborate with intake teams, medical record clerks, lien specialists, paralegals, and assistants to manage cases.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout the negotiation and settlement phases.
• Interact regularly with clients, adjusters, and other attorneys/paralegals via phone and in person.
• Ensure all necessary case documentation is obtained and organized, including medical records and lien issues.
• Provide timely updates and communications to clients regarding case progress and settlement options.
• Manage a large and growing docket of cases, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience interacting with clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals.
• Proficiency in using computers, databases, and legal management software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
