Duties:

  • Handle a wide variety of litigation matters across different practice groups.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, motions, and trials.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Manage a caseload, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and other team members on complex legal matters.
  • Assist in developing litigation strategies and case theories.
  • Engage in legal research to support case preparation.
  • Participate in the firm’s efforts to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in business litigation, employment, appellate, or construction defect.
  • Strong academic background and legal research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar (or willingness to obtain reciprocal admission).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A record of job stability and strong professional references.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona (or ability to obtain reciprocal admission).
