Duties

• Draft clear and well-supported insurance coverage opinions.
• Handle litigation of insurance coverage disputes involving CGL, advertising injury, D&O, professional liability, workers' compensation, and first-party property cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral arguments.
• Participate in trials, motion hearings, and depositions.
• Work collaboratively with the Insurance Practice Group in a team-oriented environment.
• Engage directly with clients to provide advice and updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law.
• Active California Bar license.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member in good standing with the California State Bar.
