Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Ohio.
  • 3-6 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex health and welfare and qualified plan issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating related legal documents.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in Ohio.
