Duties:

  • Represent clients in workers’ compensation cases in Pennsylvania

  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs

  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance based on findings

  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials related to workers’ compensation claims

  • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies

  • Manage a caseload and ensure timely progress of cases

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the workers’ compensation process

Requirements:
