  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting clients' interests

Requirements:

  • LL.M. in Taxation by start date
  • Prior experience in a law firm environment, preferably with a focus on taxation
  • Strong understanding of Subchapter C, Subchapter S, corporate law, and tax reorganization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments in related practice groups under pressure
  • A strong academic record

Education and Certifications:

  • LL.M. in Taxation
  • Admission to practice law in DC or eligibility to waive into the DC Bar
