Litigation Associate Attorney

Conway office of our client seeks associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will advise, advocate for, or represent the clients interests or issues. Will write cleanly persuasive motions and filings. Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of agreements, and file comprehensive complaints and airtight responses. Work closely with team to prepare comprehensive briefs and motions on each case that goes to trial; prepare persuasive motions. Interface with clients about discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and other case-related work. Conduct depositions and discovery; perform industry research on legal matters as well applicable legislation. Make court appearances, hearings, and pre-trial conferences. Should be well versed in New Hampshire law. Must have State Bar certification in New Hampshire. Certification in Maine also preferred. Litigation experience is essential.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA). Must be extremely detail oriented with ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. Should have strong organizational and project management skills. Must preferably have great client interface skills.
