Job Overview
A prominent law firm in New York City is seeking a Senior Structured Finance Associate Attorney/Counsel to join its market-leading Structured Finance practice. This role involves representing issuers and sponsors in residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings, including RMBS, ABS, master repurchase facilities, and warehouse facilities.

Duties

• Represent issuers and sponsors in structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice on residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting structured finance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• High academic achievement and strong interest in structured finance.
• Admitted to (or eligible for waiver into) the New York or D.C. Bar.
• Prior experience in a peer law firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York or D.C. Bar.
