Duties:

• Case Management: Handle personal injury and workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution.

• Litigation Support: Assist in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Client Advocacy: Conduct client meetings, gather evidence, and provide legal counsel throughout the case lifecycle.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in hearings, motions, and trial proceedings.
• Trial Preparation: Work alongside senior attorneys in developing case strategy and presenting arguments in court.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or workers' compensation law.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to take cases to trial.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
