Job Overview: A legal recruiting firm is seeking a dedicated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney on behalf of a growing law firm based in Houston, TX. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure they receive the best legal representation and care, while managing communications with insurance companies. The attorney will be responsible for evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and providing compassionate client service throughout the pre-litigation phase.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss case details and build trust and rapport.
• Update clients regularly on the status of their cases and explain the legal process.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Evaluate personal injury claims to determine their potential value.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to obtain the best outcomes for clients.
• Handle case management with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in an office environment.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is required.
• Experience in evaluating personal injury claims and negotiating settlements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
