Job Overview

Duties

  • Handle trademark clearance, filing strategy, and prosecution.
  • Conduct enforcement investigations and prepare cease and desist letters for trademark infringement.
  • Negotiate co-existence and settlement agreements in trademark matters.

Requirements

  • Active law license.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of trademark experience.
  • Strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Bar in CO.
