Duties:

  • Develop strategies for charitable giving and private foundations.
  • Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to deliver integrated legal services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships while managing ongoing matters.
  • Mentor and support junior associates as part of a growing team.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, business succession planning, or charitable giving strategies.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
