Job Title: Antitrust Associate Attorney (1st-8th Year)

Duties:

• Provide counsel on antitrust and competition law matters, including both government enforcement actions and internal investigations.
• Handle civil antitrust litigation, including managing discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and overseeing complex cases.
• Represent clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before enforcement agencies such as the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to build case strategy, conduct legal research, and draft briefs and other legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings and support the development of client relationships.
• Contribute to the firm's reputation through thought leadership, including writing articles or delivering presentations on antitrust topics.

Requirements:

• 1-8 years of experience in antitrust and competition law, government investigations, and civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of antitrust statutes, including familiarity with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) enforcement practices.
• Experience managing litigation processes, including discovery and pretrial motion practice.
• Previous experience in representing clients in state and federal courts is highly desirable.
• Prior federal clerkship experience is a plus.
• Experience or educational background in economics or a related field is preferred.
• Must be licensed or eligible to become licensed in the District of Columbia.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admittance to a State Bar; eligibility to be admitted to the D.C. Bar.
