Securities Associate/Of Counsel - Investment Funds Group

A law firm seeks a qualified securities attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings. This position requires strong expertise in commercial real estate law, particularly in areas such as finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Duties:

• Represent a diverse array of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in numerous transactions.
• Manage the complexities of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing arrangements related to commercial real estate.
• Provide comprehensive legal guidance to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
• Deliver strategic insights informed by sound business judgment and extensive legal knowledge.
• Effectively oversee multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• A minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
