Duties:

  • Document Review and Analysis:

    • Thoroughly review legal documents to identify key information and develop effective case strategies.

  • Document Preparation:

    • Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence, to support case progress.
    • Prepare client communications and other legal materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Court Representation:

    • Represent clients in hearings and other legal proceedings, advocating on their behalf with confidence and clarity.
    • Assist senior attorneys in preparing for trials or hearings as needed.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Build strong, professional relationships with clients, providing expert legal guidance and responding to inquiries.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the legal process.
  • Legal Research:

    • Conduct in-depth legal research to stay informed about relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
    • Ensure that legal strategies align with the most up-to-date legal trends and precedents.
  • Case Management:

    • Oversee and manage case files, ensuring they are organized and progress according to timelines.
    • Monitor case milestones and ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Settlement and Negotiation:

    • Participate in settlement negotiations, working to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
    • Develop effective negotiation strategies to achieve win-win solutions in legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the state bar and in good standing.
