• Draft and review legal documents, including filings and regulatory submissions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to antitrust laws and merger regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
• Assist in the development of case strategies and legal arguments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay current with antitrust law and regulation changes, particularly in the tech and life sciences sectors.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of experience in antitrust law, focusing on mergers.
• Proven experience managing second-request compliance processes and leading teams.
• A strong background in the tech and life sciences sector is preferred.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
