The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience in an Am-Law 100 firm, with a strong ability to work on strategic legal matters in the finance sector.

Location:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on a broad range of financial matters, including complex transactions and corporate debt restructurings.
  • Handle related litigation, representing clients in financial disputes.
  • Draft legal documents, including briefs and motions, and perform comprehensive legal research.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to devise legal strategies.
  • Manage client relationships and provide updates on case progress.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in the finance and restructuring space.
  • Experience with complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructuring is highly preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials, with a proven ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and superb legal writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
