A law firm seeks an experienced and dynamic Commercial Litigation Partner to join its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing litigation cases and a passion for leading a practice group to success.

Duties:

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation cases across various industries.
• Represent clients in high-stakes civil disputes, including those related to business contracts, intellectual property, and financial services.
• Develop case strategies, manage the litigation process, and guide teams through all stages of litigation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee junior associates and provide mentorship, guidance, and support in their professional development.
• Participate in business development efforts to expand the firm’s commercial litigation practice.
• Ensure efficient case management, including overseeing discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with other partners and firm leadership on key strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in commercial litigation, with a proven record of success in managing large, complex cases.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial and appeals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft legal documents and present cases effectively.
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing with the state bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
