Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to join its team in Houston, TX. In this full-time role, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive outstanding care and favorable outcomes. Attorneys will work directly with clients, demonstrate empathy, provide updates, and engage in communication with insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and offers.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases and offer compassionate legal guidance.
• Build trust with clients by demonstrating empathy and a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and respond to inquiries.
• Work with insurance companies to manage the status of claims and settlements.
• Evaluate and assess claims to determine the best course of action for clients.
• Negotiate favorable outcomes for clients, including settlements and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of case developments and client communications.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to strategize and resolve complex matters.

Requirements:

• Full-time availability.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement.
• Experience with claim evaluation and case management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of favorable outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to manage challenging cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
