Attorney for Miami office

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Attorney to join its team in downtown Miami, FL. This position focuses on assisting in the firm’s expanding First Party Property, Personal Injury, Consumer Rights, and P.I.P. divisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a busy litigation environment.

Duties:

• Assist in managing and addressing cases across multiple practice areas.
• Conduct legal research and prepare the necessary documentation.
• Represent clients in court and during negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Multi-task and manage deadlines associated with a fast-paced litigation practice.

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage cases with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of Florida.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in legal writing and documentation.
