Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of legal matters, representing individuals in various legal matters.
  • Conduct strategic consultations with potential clients, explaining legal concepts and offering tailored solutions.
  • Develop legal strategies and prepare clients and witnesses for court appearances.
  • Provide legal analysis and determine the benefits of cases for clients.
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal assistants to strategize and ensure successful case management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, open to collaboration and strategizing with colleagues.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing legal cases and moving them forward.
  • Familiarity with Case Management Software (preferred).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar (specific state bar admission based on firm's jurisdiction requirements).

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the relevant state bar association.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on client-oriented legal solutions.
