Duties:

  • Strong commitment to client service and legal excellence

  • Ability to handle complex transactions with minimal supervision

  • A portable book of business is preferred but not required

  • Eligibility for expedited equity partner consideration based on experience and business potential

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (required)
