The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on commercial and industrial construction. Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of construction law matters, including mediation, arbitration, litigation, and appellate proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on developing and implementing client strategies.
• Provide legal advice to clients involved in construction projects, focusing on business torts, contract formation, disputes, and administrative matters.
• Take a leading role in case management and ensure that all deadlines and legal obligations are met.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Maintain high standards of legal ethics and professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Nevada with a clean ethical record.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, ideally within construction law.
• Strong academic background with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and clients.
• A professional, civil, and ethical approach to legal practice, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Previous experience with construction-related legal issues is highly advantageous.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
