Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in emotionally sensitive situations.

  • Self-sufficient and dependable, with an aptitude for managing complex cases independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active member of the State Bar.
