Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance bad faith litigation

• Manage all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Handle depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with the legal team on case strategy and execution

• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and legal counsel

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in civil litigation

• Experience handling injury claims or insurance disputes preferred

• Background in both state and federal court litigation

• Ability to manage a full caseload with strategic focus and attention to detail

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida

• In good standing with the Florida Bar
